Everyone here is very polite. However, the monthly charges always change and when I have changed vehicles, nobody does it correctly and I get overcharged for the wrong ones or vehicles that were dropped. And yet, I'm never compensated for the mistakes. I've also called to discuss overcharges but told I would be called back and it doesn't happen. I've explained this and asked why several times in the past 4 years. Time to change. I understand human error, but this is repetitive and exhausting.

So happy with my new agent Victoria and the team at State Farm. I had my insurance with another company for 12 years and found out that I was severely overpaying in my car and home premiums. Very happy customer! Joel

I know this is a little late but...... I brought my mother here about three weeks ago to get a quote and it was great. Kaelyn was so helpful and overwhelmingly honest with my mothers insurance. She conveyed to my mother that her current rates with another company were at this time better than what State Farm could do. She even took the time to show the difference and I really did appreciate her patience and professionalism. I would not hesitate to come to this location in the future and I won't forget the honest and friendly experience I had here.

Pretty stupid turn down a paying customer willing to pay 3 months in advance with cash no problem at all I will take my money somewhere else

I love this team. Very friendly and quick. I called last month when the weather was nice to get my summer car on the road, told her my name and in less than a minute she said " you're all set, have fun!" Also they call me periodically to check my coverage and to tell me about updates.
