I love this office. They are responsive and knowledgeable. Everyone I speak with has always been quick in their response and have always gone over my options. I work in a call center setting also and they were able to even work with me via text. Valerie was able to save me so much on my personal auto insurance. Samuel made it easy when helping my son get insured as well. When we filed a claim for a theft, they took care of everything and made the process easy. This is such a great team

We became clients of Randy’s when our former agent retired but are SO happy we did because we hit the jackpot! The staff at this office are so friendly, polite and always helpful! We have worked with them on growing college savings, our son learning to drive and getting his first car, and our own changing life insurance needs.  The staff is patient and more than willing to spend the time to answer any / all questions.  If there are things they need to look in to and get back, they even offer to text which, as I work from home and spend a lot of time on the phone, is so much easier to respond to. Could not be happier with this office and highly recommend.

My family & I have been with State Farm since before I was even born. Specifically Randy’s location. The staff here is super friendly. I have to give a big shoutout to Ryan. He makes sure you understand everything you need to know about insurance and coverage. He’s always available for questions and is someone you can trust.
