State Farm told us in advance that they would not be renewing our homeowner's insurance policy when it expired on September 30th. Near as we could determine this was because we filed a valid claim in the first year. In the meantime, we had to scramble to find new insurance starting October 1st. Now here it is the middle of November, and they are telling us that they decided to continue our policy and that we need to notify them if we wish to cancel. It never came to this but it sure seemed as though if we did nothing we would be expected to pay for a policy that we did not renew.

Randy Eller and his team, Martin and Trisha, have been amazing to work with! I have been with them for a few years now with no complaints. They respond quickly and take care of you quickly and without fuss during the normal working hours. You may find cheaper insurance elsewhere at times depending on outside factors, but don't just base it off that alone. There's a since of ease by not having to wait for a call center when you need servicing.
