I haven't had a good enough driving record to get to be with state farm for quite a while now. But when I did, Randy made sure to treat each one of his customers like they were the only people around. State farm is excellent insurance, but you can times that times a hundred by going through Randy to get it. Thank you State Farm, I had my windshield replaced today, and it was so easy…. State Farm also saved us with flood damage in our home a few years ago…. Update your policies people!!! Thank you Randy and staff!!! Your all fantastic!!!
This is the BEST insurance company I've ever had! Great deals on coverage and roadside assistance. Everyone here is always so nice too.
Unknowingly dropped our car insurance-had us driving around uninsured for months. Still no explanation as to why or no apology just an offer to reinstate it. No thanks I'll go elsewhere. Update-response from owner isn't even true information, shows how lackadaisical this establishment is run, smh.
Have had this insurance company and same agent for years. Even after I moved out of town I love having Randy as my agent.
