Was originally looking at other companies to get insurance, but my sister recommended State Farm. So glad I listened to her. I worked with Crystal to get me a homeowners and car insurance bundle and she was very helpful. Ever since I called her, she was able to work with my loan officer throughout the whole process and make sure I got the best deal. Proud to say my insurance was so good that my full coverage on car insurance was just $10 more than liability, which is probably what I would have gotten had I not gotten such a great rate. Insurance a necessary evil in my opinion, but we gotta have it. Since it has been imposed up on us and all the insurance companies seem to be raising their rates the only real factor I consider is customer service. The staff here has been amazing, it's so nice to actually be able to talk to someone local when you need something or have a question. Personal service is still alive and well at this office. Definitely a nice change vs my last two companies that completely got rid of their brick and mortar offices. My car broke down the other day and I called the office for a recommendation, Victoria got me in touch with BJS immediately and they had a truck there in less than 30minutes. He had all my policy info on his invoice when he showed up, one signature and Randall's office took care of

Jodi was such an amazing agent to work with. She took her time and explained everything so that I fully understood each detail of my policy. If you want to feel like family and not just a policy number than this is definitely where you should do business!!!!
