We have had nothing but wonderful service from RSF Insurance! Any cancelations in California right now are the choice of the Insurance providers, not the underwriters. When we were canceled by our carrier they worked hard to find us a replacement, which eventually meant sending us to a company outside of the ones they work with, helping me but not profiting themselves.

RSF Insurance was able to take care of me when other places gave me the run around. Laura and the other ladies were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Living in Southern CA you have so many things to worry about when buying a home, insurance shouldn’t be one! Thank you Craig and the ladies at RSF Insurance, you all are amazing!

Avoid this agency. Our home owners coverage was cancelled due to concerns about wild fires in California. This agent wanted three times more to provide basic homeowners coverage when alternative underwriters are available to provide the same coverage at a reasonable cost. The owner Craig Edwards has used this trend to personally profit from increased premium commissions instead of advocating for and protecting the community he has served for the past 30 years.

I would recommend Rancho Sante Fe Insurance to anyone looking for insurance, the staff is professional and helpful. The small family like atmosphere made me feel comfortable and talking to a human rather than a robot is something you don’t get with those big companies, plus I was always able to reach my agent with questions even on her day off!
