Do NOT recommend. I asked for them to cancel my policy at the beginning of July. Funny part is that the associate was irritated with me for wanting to cancel..But I chalked it up to them having a bad day It’s now August and this entire time I have a new vehicle and insured with a much more personable company, and I’m receiving calls and emails from them threatening to cancel?! Cancel what? I canceled my policy with them over the phone, in addition to directions to send a cancellation text to some number over a month ago… This is unacceptable and I will have to continue to call everyday since they still cannot answer the phone

Sandra has been such a huge help with getting me insurance. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, and most of patient. Great service!! I give it 5 start i havent had any problem, now some time when customers dont get what they want they have a problem other the company or the person who serves them at the time. Now the name Karen is not a problem my name is Karen ans iam the sweetest person in the world and yes I have also spoke with Karen in Ramirez insurance Agency in person and sje is the sweetest person i dont have insurance with them , she was helping me with a claim that i had with one of Allstate clients she when out of her way to helping me by calling the adjuster and faxing the information over to them my claim was taking care of less the 30 days..

It has been such a great experience working with Sandra. I don't know what I would've done without her. She has helped me over the years and I truly trust her expertise in assisting with any insurance needed. Patience is a keyless virtue, and that she has. These people are so incompetent. They put you on hold for over 20 minutes. Give you wrong information regarding policies and don’t pick up the phone to fix it. The lady “secretary” or “front desk” is ignorant and rude. I think her name is Karen. Her attitude through the phone fits her name. If you got the opportunity to get a different insurance agency. DO IT. This one is not it.
