Boris O. For several years I am getting very useful and professional help with my Home, Flood and Car insurances at Rains. I think it is one of the best local Insurance Company in our area. Should emphasize a very friendly atmosphere when you come into the Rains office. I work mainly with Ragina Dillon and always admire her very professional and quick responds to all my specific insurance needs. She is good in related financial/banking insurance requirements and always keep herself on the top of tendencies in complicated Florida insurance market. Ragina helped me a lot optimizing my Home, Flood and Car coverages and significantly reduced my premium amounts. Saved me a lot of money! Many thanks to Rains Insurance!

Ragina and Hyman have been so helpful and I am so grateful! Ragina helped me cut my insurance policy in half after finding some discrepancies my previous insurance agent overlooked for 3+ years. With a renewal coming up in October we started calling them in August for some reason they refuse to call us back,this happened for weeks((literally.. Weeks.. I have the call log information on my phone plus my wife has on her phone)) today9/16/22 I was finally able to get a hold of Hyman he claims he's the owner of the agency he was very rude and unapologetic for avoiding us.. 12 years we have been with this company and we've never had a claim or anything to that sort all we were calling for was information on our up coming renewal and got treated very poorly by Hyman and rain insurance

Always helpful, very informative, with upgrades, adding new vehicles plus more.

Did not feel as a customer like my needs to add insurance was not important.
