Several months ago I was traveling with my horse out of state. I got a flat when I stopped for the evening and called the roadside number on the back of my insurance card. They were unable to find anyone to come help me. We called Rachel directly, who stayed after hours until she found someone to come help me 2 hours away but were still willing to come out. We are very lucky to be working with an office that goes above and beyond.
