Recently worked with Danielle at Reinbold insurance. It was an excellent experience. We bought a new car out of state, which Massachusetts does make it easy to transfer plates. There were a couple of paperwork issues needing clarification. Danielle got of the phone with the dealer and got everything lined up for Mass. We were never rushed, she was knowledgeable and very patiently worked through the details so that our experience at the DMV would go well, which it did!
