Our landlord used this company for insurance. We lost our apartment (and one of our beloved dogs) to a fire on May 14, 2023. As of 9/6/2023 this agency has failed to provide us with the $750 relocation assistance required by MA state law. We lost everything in that fire, I should not have to be chasing them 4-months later to do their job. Unbelievable.

I've decided after years to change my review. I can never get a hold of an agent. I go week set a time calling with no call back or answer. I've been with them since 2019. They were great 2019 and 2020 and ever since then to my knowledge they've gone downhill. I'm really disappointed. I had to pretend to be an agent at zizza insurance to get my car insurance to take off by abusive ex off my insurance. When I emailed them several times and called them to do this I was told it was done and it never was.

I've been with Zizza Insurance Agency for many years now. The staff is outstanding and always helps with any question that I have. I've combined my auto and homeowners insurance with them and I've never looked back. You can always count on a quick response and the right answers. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top notch insurance agency.

The Zizza team, lead by Mike is a great insurance agency. They care about their clients and get answers when you need them. I have been with them for a couple years now and very pleased at the attention they give me.

There is an attendant named Gene, he was very rude on the phone. I called to ask for an email to send an insurance cancellation and he started yelling at me on the phone.
