Bad customer service, bad organization. I Arrived @4:30 got my number, waited outsided because the place was full with no empty chairs but kept on eye on the screen for my number. Finally 45 minuts later went inside because some people got out and there was finally and empty space and that was BEFORE my number was called and I was told "we called you" and you weren't here and we can't help you anymore because you lost your turn. My question is : Why bother using the screen if you are going to shout out numbers with no consideration for the people waiting outside because your waiting room is so small.

On entering I thought this was a pretty organized place, but after witness the prices and service I regret wasting my time there. Only one worker attending 1 person at a time, and almost 11 people waiting. Such rudeness was present. They are a bunch of lazy people who do not want to stay 20 minutes later to help their clients. I called in the morning they told me that nobody ever comes, and 1 hour is enough. They close at 5 and it was 3:45, they refused me service, and the price was over the roof. I had to give up a nut if I wanted to be treated with respect. So disappointed, and now I got to take my ass to yuma dispute that I have my daily task. A mexican taco stand has more quality and time to attend the clients...

I was trying to renew my ID but I wasn't able because my birth certificate was in very bad condition. This is the same birth certificate I use to cross the border every other week. He took one look at my document and flat out decided not to even try helping me.

I can't believe this place is still in business. They need to be closed down. I called prior to time of arrival, to make sure I didn't get off work early for nothing. The lady said if I get there before 4:00pm they would take me. I show up at 3:04 and she tells me sorry we can't accept anymore today. I clearly tell her I called and was told I was good before 4. The only thing out of her mouth was, SORRY.. I'm so angry this place can get away with this..
