Having worked with State Farm for several years, I find the staff in this office--Robin especially--responsive and helpful. After I was the victim of a hit-and-run, they handled my claim with compassion and efficiency. Last month, Robin noticed that I likely qualified for a discount on my auto policy. We verified the details, and it was applied immediately. Who doesn't love saving money on insurance?! Thank you!

We are so not happy with the service we have with Kylie Thomas, there has many issues with our discounts and paperwork. Our insurance keeps going up for mistakes they have made in the office. She does not reply on time, we have to be messaging several times. But when it comes to payments they have to be on time. I am considering changing agency’s.
