I've with Quigley Insurance for years. When I call, A REAL PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE! And then proceeds to give the best customer service around. Send an email, it's answered the same day. That's how you run a business and keep customers long term.
This is a dream insurance company. An insurance company that has your best interest in mind. Helpful people who are always available instantly to talk, explain, and review everything. This is the insurance company for you. If you are looking to sacrifice quality, there are certainly larger companies who have more hours or a mobile app - but you will regret it. Costs are the same.
I trust them implicitly to look out for my best interests. Polly is awesome!
I always have exceptional customer service from Quigley Insurance. Very polite and professional and pro-active.
1970's atmosphere and way of doing business. No late hours or ability to pay with a credit card over the phone. Early Friday hours and they hate going to the registry!
