Qbe First

This company, formerly known as ZCSterling, misrepresented themselves to me as an insurance agency for Texas. When my policy with Lloyds of Texas was put into receivership, this company, acting as my agency, found and enrolled me into a policy with a different company. I found out years later they actually were actually selling their own policies. I tried for three months to get my policy coverage modified. All I received was QBE double-speak and re-direction to a PoliSeek call center. I ended up cancelling the questionable policy with this company. My opinion is that they were not honest and forthcoming with me regarding their policy. I feel like I was totally subjected to a bait and switch.

QBE keeps wrongfully charging me annually even though I canceled my policy March 2022. I kept having to resend cancellation forms and have not received any refund.
