QBE

Zero stars. My wife and I moved out of our apartment in July 2025 and despite providing multiple approved documents to validate cancellation of our policy (move out letter from our apartment building, letter confirming the close of our new home from a law firm), QBE has not allowed me to cancel my renter's insurance (going on 5+ months now). It has been an incredible pain and I'm super disappointed in the awful quality of service. We don't even have any claims to settle - we literally just want to cancel our renter's insurance because it's no longer needed. Unless your building requires you to use QBE - avoid at all costs.

Hi residential insurance customer friends, Be advised, if your apartment leasing term is longer than residential insurance term(which is 12 monthes), you will be charged $25 when you move out and cancel the QBE residential insurance.
