Trevor Stephens was incredible. My old house insurance company was charging me an extreme amount. And only covering my house for what was owed to the mortgage company which was less then half of my homes worth. Trevor reviewed my policy, corrected the dwelling amount with a great rate. He went above and beyond while being professional and understanding. I highly recommend!

The agent we worked with in 2022 was great, found us excellent coverage for our vehicles than we were previously paying. However, a few months in, they somehow messed up our automatic payment (which had been working fine for months), canceled our coverage on us due to their own error, then reinstated us. The only issue is that they never contacted our car loan company to update them that they had reinstated our coverage (but managed to inform them that we DIDN'T have coverage for a while -due to their own mistake). We only found out after our loan company had begun charging us to put THEIR own car insurance on our vehicle after several months. We IMMEDIATELY reached out to our agent by phone and email and got no response. We tried several times for several weeks before we were finally able
