One day riding to the office I heard the owner on Mason in the morning . I made sure to write their information down. However, Praying to never need them but 1 month later . My brother did. The house next door caught fire causing damage to his home . As many others I instantly said the insurance company is going to give us the blues and not fully compensate for the damage, then i remembered PAM from the radio. When I connected with them they instantly went to work . Not truly being sure of the process but they told me don’t worry we are here . They immediately came out the next day to look at the damage . After they accessed the damage. they went to work. They were the voice with the insurance adjuster . Sean was patient, professional, transparent and very diligent on keeping us informed.

While there was a minor communication hiccup at the beginning, once that was resolved everything went very smoothly. Are situation was difficult, our claim started in July of 2024. We had a cold water line to the kitchen sink burst and we weren’t home so it was constantly flooding the house for at least 8-10 hours. We never had to make an insurance claim let alone for the house, and not knowing what to do we went along with what the insurance agent said after finally answering, we soaked up water and used a shop vac to get up all the standing water. The agent told us find a contractor, so we did and had a bid submitted two weeks and the insurance adjuster calls and asked why we waited so long, I explained that we followed what our agent told us to do and clearly that was wrong. They send out a mitigation company and they did there thing but requested to remove the subfloor and were told no it would be do
