We saw that Pruitt-Williams had a 4.8 rating and being in the market to change carriers, made an appointment. We met with Barbara who has 24 yrs experience in the insurance business. The appointment was an eye opener to say the least. Barbara looked at our auto and umbrella policies and was able to decrease our premiums by 2/3!! I kid you not. We then decided to look at our options for house insurance and knew we wanted to have flood insurance. Barbara was able to tweak each piece of our policies by checking all the resources available to her. We were able to increase coverage while still lowering our overall premiums. Needless to say we have freed up enough money to take a vacation. Thanks again, Barbara! You’re the best!!

While I wasn’t able to go with Pruett-Williams Insurance for a larger policy due to the nature of our company, I still wanted to leave a review because the customer service was absolutely fantastic—even for a smaller policy. Christine and Susan did everything they possibly could, and in a very timely manner, to get me quotes for the insurance I needed. I was on a tight deadline and needed a policy within days of calling them. They responded immediately, made my request a priority, and left no stone unturned to ensure I had coverage for an upcoming event. Christine is thorough, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. You just don’t find that level of customer service very often anymore, and I truly appreciated the effort and care they provided.

I recently spoke with Barbara and Avery regarding our insurance policy, which had incorrect coverage numbers and a renewal premium that was set to increase by 50%. The team at Pruitt Williams Insurance is absolutely outstanding—working quickly to correct our policy to ensure we were properly covered. They also took the time to review the details of our policy with us, pointing out areas where our coverage was weak, and provided education so we could make informed decisions. On top of that, they searched through their vendor options and found us a company that offered better coverage at a lower cost than what we had been paying previously! I've had the pleasure of working with Barb over the years on various insurance issues and currently on my home owners policy. Much to my dismay I found that my home owners insurance had taken a HUGH jump which in turn increased my mortgage. I understand that living and owning a home in Florida can be challenging when it comes to home owners insurance.
