First I was amazed at how much money they saved me! Second, after facing some major hurdles in the last year they were beyond helpful in working with me to eliminate any fees & extra charges until I got back on my feet. It is clear they actually care about helping their customers.

These people are some of the most unprofessional sacks of garbage that I've EVER dealt with. They are constantly changing my monthly insurance payment, and when I needed them to send my insurance I.D. cards to me, the individual who identified himself and the "Co-owner" told me to go to hell, and stated that "he was in charge". I never received my cards, nor did I receive my finalizing paperwork, which caused my insurance to lapse, driving my future premiums through the roof. I anyone asks me for a good insurance company, these scrubs will NOT be on the list. They fumbled every detail of my plan, couldn't figure out anything in a timely manner, if at all.
