Pronto Insurance

I had the appalling service. Do not come to this location if you like good service.

Called them a month ago and was quoted a price that I thought was fare since my son is 18 and a new driver. Was told for the discount I would need proof of insurance for the past two years. Got the paperwork and showed the same lady working on 8/14/21. Last month paperwork was fine. Yesterday 8/14/21 she can't do anything because declaration page only has my wife's name. She had an attitude from the beginning and it really got under my skin. Realizing that she didn't want to give the discount because she still hasn't scanned the paperwork to the underwriters I then got vulgar. To that lady I apologize for my words but you have no customer service, lack of being direct and thorough, and should not be managing a store. Good service. Staff is friendly. Only thing I would advise is if going to this location is to go at least 1 hour after opening hours because they have never at least from my experience opened on time.

The gentleman and young lady have always been really nice , professional have never had an issue with them for the yrs I’ve been with them !

Very friendly and they offer you water and popcorn the popcorn is the best lol.
