Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I have been waiting months for Progressive to send my lawyer my settlement check because THEIR customer didn't pay attention while driving and totaled my car. These progressive employees are lazy and do not care about doing the jobs they are being paid for. Progressive should just shut down and fire every single employee they have because they clearly don't care. NONE OF THEM CARE!!!!!!

I am/was a Progressive Insurance policy holder for over 4 years. I changed from an agent, directly to Progressive in July of 2024. I requested my payment be automatically withdrawn, just as it had for the years prior. In January of 2025, my insurance lapsed, causing a suspension on my license and a $158 renewal fee. Progressive refused to take any responsibility in incorrectly writing the policy or helping to correct the issues caused by their mishandling of my policy. So, no I have a suspension on my driving record, a $158 fee and a new insurance company. If Progressive was the last insurance company on the face of the earth, I'd ask for a recount. That mean issues with my snap device so I gave them a call. I talked to a lady who basically said too bad they're closed you need to call back here's the number to call I asked her why I have to call back because I'm too busy to do anything else besides not help you. So I get into her supervisor leave him a message 4 days later or 5 days later he does return my call said sorry I was on vacation I'm too busy just to call you back until now. He then goes on and says well if we we turn all the calls we get we can't do that. I'm sorry with my job if I don't return a call back from what we call members I'd get to start talking to you for my supervisor but I don't return an email I'd get a Stern talking to if not written up. You say he said it I was returning my call and I should be pleased. Ho

I think it's interesting how what you THINK your coverage is winds up being less when you need it. But my biggest complaint about progressive is that the claim representative treated my wife like she was stupid and was noticeably angry on her call with him. I don't get it.

I was a former client of progressive my policy was due on 6/17 I canceled the policy 6/13 I received a bill stating that I owe $177 a day before that I received an email stating that I had overpaid and I will be receiving a refund of $18.19. I spoke with rep Issa at Sumply IOA on 6/25 was told that my refund was on the way. I haven't received the check and was told that the check was cut & sent out on 6/25.so rep Issa flat out lied. If I wouldn't have called they would have not rectified the issue and i would have been out of $177 bucks I would never come back to this lying company
