Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I did not really have any contact with these individuals at any point during this incident. Following the crash, unauthorized persons interfered with my vehicle by removing and disconnecting components from the engine bay, rendering the car inoperable. Despite the vehicle only having minor damage—specifically cosmetic paint damage, a damaged fender, and a failed inner tie rod—it was improperly classified as a total loss. There was no mechanical justification for this determination. I was pressured to allow the vehicle to be sent to Copart or IAA, which I refused, as doing so would have caused further unnecessary damage. At the time, I already possessed all required replacement parts. The total cost to repair the vehicle, including repainting the fender and bumper, was approximately $600,

This is the absolute worst insurance company in the United States. Not only has it taken over 3 months to process a claim for a small non -injury accident, I still don’t even have my car back. They pick and choose what part of the loss to cover and they are extremely unprofessional and very difficult to reach my phone and communicate with. I would never buy this insurance for myself or for my teenage drivers. Shame on this company as they’ve almost made me approach bankruptcy again one year after I went through a bankruptcy. Terrible terrible company. But your auto and other insurance elsewhere if you are looking for a reliable company that will actually get the job done. I have no faith in Progressive nor will I ever. I will never spend one dollar with this company.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. It’s been two weeks since my car accident and I still haven’t received any information or updates. Don’t fall for the scam just because it’s cheaper—you truly get what you pay for. The employees seem to do absolutely nothing besides give attitudes and avoid helping. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

What a joke of a company. I recently switched over to Progressive as the previous insurance company I was with for over 10 yrs does not cover in my new home state. Within the first 60 days of having progressive they had my address incorrect, removed a discount from a paid full policy due to their system error, and was disconnected after being on hold. Great work progressive! I will be canceling my policy for the awesome customer service you provided me.

Lost car and everything in my rental ten days ago, still havent gotten any follow up on my car claim. It was totally flooded and still took them a week to get someone to tow it. Now its stuck being evaluated for days and no one has reached out to me. Also, i visited their "office" here and its an empty ghost town with a progressive sign unlit. Seems like they just left with all the money ive been paying on time for months and i get 0 service in return. This is how you lose customers...
