Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

This review is for the face of your office. You have one job, that truly matters, greet people. Sitting in the dark, not letting people know you are there, in your pajamas, and having nothing to say other than "sign here", is a good way to ruin someone's day. I am being so kind by giving two stars. The communication I experienced with the adjuster through corporate took forever, but atleast they are kind, responsive and good at their job.

The best insurance ever. The agents here care about your concerns & car care Mr. Neal Reddy is very educated and considerate, kind and will follow through on everything. In reference to your insurance needs.

Absolutely horrible service at the Newnan office. Young lady at the glass windows was very rude and dismissive. Would not recommend Progressive if this is an example of the quality of your employees

Receptionist was so hateful and rude for no reason. As soon as I entered the door she was terrible and laughed at me in a mocking manner. I don’t understand if she was just having a bad day or if she needs to be in a position that is not customer facing. Progressive has lost a customer in me and my family. I had rather pay more for insurance then ever deal with someone like her again.

Miss.Mercer was so helpful to me I'm so glad for help she was excellent and had great customer service and she smiles
