Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I wanted to give zero stars, these companies are ripped off. They take your money, raise the rates and refuse you.When you have a claim. A deer hit my car and i'm being asked for my work schedule. Why am I being investigated for a no fault accident. It's been over two weeks , and all i'm getting is the runaround. I haven't even received rental

They offshore their roadside assistance to India they don’t understand Americans and we don’t understand them. They get mad when you want to remain on hold. They took 10 hours for me to tow my car called at 10am and tow didn’t come until 8pm. Then when tow truck driver came the offshore person decided they needed to verify my info where the car is who I am when I already did that 36 times already that same day calling for updates. The car hasn’t moved since it has been here all day. It was a tired and embarrassing day, would not recommend road assistance to anyone. Being a former call center manager at a Fortune 500 company I will say sometimes you may save money 💰 to offshore but quality and language barriers are not worth the horrible reviews that will follow suite, shame on progressive.

I'm so disappointed in this insurance company. OK here's what you're going to get with Progressive. (my experience - YMMV). Signed on, got an excellent rate. After 6 months, the car premium went up $200 (14%). And this is how they justify it. When you sign the "e-sign docs" it says you get a discount for choosing e-sign (rather than paper). This is a 1 time only discount and doesn't stay (you think it would). Further down e-sign docs, it says your rates "may" go up. It's not "may", its "WILL" go up. Bait and switch. They hook you, then they up rate you.

Progressive gave me a quote for my two vehicles. I paid in full for the 6 month term. A month later they sent another bill for the other people that live here. The month after that they send yet another bill…then they cancelled the policy with 2 months left and sent a bill for 14.92 . Needless to say I switched back to my old provider.

I've been a customer of Progressive Insurance for about 1.5 years. Recently, I was involved in a car accident, after which I promptly filed a claim. A customer service representative initially handled my case, but I found their behavior to be quite unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. Additionally, the mechanic or inspector assigned to evaluate the damage to my vehicle also showed a similar lack of professionalism, which has left me disappointed with the service I received. Now, I have to wait longer to get my vehicle assessed and am without a car.
