Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

The Adjuster. Felicity was awesome! She was very patient and helpful with me and my mom. That helped my mom will the process of everything with her car. All went smoothly right down to the final decision about the car, to getting her payout!! Thank you Felicity for your patience and help!! Great experience with Progressive!!

If I could give zero stars I would my husband was hit on the side 1/6/25 on a snowy day the guy that hit him was evasive wouldn't give insurance info so progressive said they would be able to find out if he had insurance so great they were great everything was great...and then...they found out he had progressive too everything went downhill after that they no longer believed our story and at first we could get it fixed if we paid our deductible which they eventually covered however they sent us to Lane Kenny to get repairs and the adjuster basically wouldn't approve the things that needed repaired for instance the truck did NOT! dog track before the accident but did after, they would not fix it the most important damage to the truck. They refused to fix so we were left to pay for repairs f

Completely unresponsive. If you have a choice never use Progressive. We had a minor fender bender over 40 days ago and the car is still not fixed. During that time Progressive has wasted 23 days due to how slow their estimators are in responding. This has caused the rental coverage we paid for to be exceeded and we're paying for the rental ourselves. Despite how slow and unresponsive Progressive has been, they are unwilling to add rental days. This is my first year using Progressive, and I strongly recommend against using them. This is by far the worst service I've ever received from an insurer. They are truly neglectful of their customers.

Reading the reviews. Seems like they treat everyone the same . NO COMMUNICATION at all.. I have even left a message for the supervisor and NO RETURN call…,., very disappointed and ABSOLUTELY WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID PROGRESSIVE…. I WILL BE LEAVING THEM AS SOON AS MY POLICY IS UP…. ID RATHER PAY HIGHER MONEY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR .. not even 1 star in my book …. DO BETTER Setting customer service expectations Progressive. Or you won’t be in business long.

I wish I could give less than a star. Progressive is the worst insurance company out there. I advise everyone to try other providers. Progressive did nothing but hike premiums, not help when I call and add fees. I tried to remove a driver from my policy and they jacked up the price. My renewal of 3 drivers is less than two. Time to shop around
