Preparing legal actions against Progressive...they have ripped off too many people. Worst Insurance company hands down. They deserve to lose another case

Canceled my insurance because they said they didn't have all the information on my vehicles. After 3 phone conversations over 1 months time. Zero points, zero accidents, zero claims.

Because of this company, I became a high-risk banking client. You don't know the damage they've done to my life. I worked hard to build my credit, and it all went down the drain because of Progressive. They started charging me for full insurance when I didn't get it that way. They also charged me for two insurance policies because I moved. They said I owed them a balance that I don't know where it came from, even though I always paid them. They checked my calls because they didn't believe my word, and when they saw I was right, they just apologized. But to this day, they continue to try to lower my policies I no longer have, and they continue to damage my credit. And they said I was a gold customer because I was always loyal to the company.

I have been with Progressive car insurance for 7+ years, even switching states with them when I moved. I have never been so disappointed with the customer service of a business, especially for one that I pay over $130/monthly. My car was recently vandalized and the thieves broke the driver side window and stole the steering wheel airbag. The process to get it repaired has been a nightmare. I submitted the claim on 8/29 by noon. Around 8-9am on 8/30 I spoke with the assigned representative on the phone - she seemed incredibly put out that I had called her to ask about the claim and to get the ball rolling. On 9/1 I dropped the car off at the dealership. Over the next 17 days I would attempt to periodically check in with the insurance company to determine progress. In the beginning week I r

Garbage location. For the love of Christ, if your agent sends you here for Anything, request a new agent. My agent scheduled an appointment for 9am this morning (and said that cancelling or rescheduling would incur a penalty fee). The location opened at 8am and I arrived at 8:55, only to see that there were 4 other people waiting for their appointments and not a single employee or representative throughout the entire office. After calling my agent, he appeared from behind the counter roughly 5 minutes later. So the staff IS here, they just CHOOSE to ignore the customers in the waiting room, despite their scheduled appointments. Ultimately it's not an inaccurate reflection of the company as a whole, at least in regards to their attitude towards the customers that pay them.
