Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I had progressive auto insurance for a good monthly rate. I backed into someone and had a $3000 claim, and they doubled my insurance rate. Over $3000? I definitely dropped them and found a new company. They also made getting my small fender bender fixed very stressful. They did not send anyone out to do a proper estimate of my damage. They wanted to take full control of managing my car damage appointment with the shop like I’m a child. I can make my own appointments and find my own shop. It was very annoying dealing with this company once an accident did occur. I will not use them again. It hurt to see them push my rates up so high over such a small claim

Terrible customer service specifically Debbie in Underwriting will add her details to this review when I access my policy documents. Insurance is already expensive so imagine having to receive a side of passive aggressiveness with alongside a ridiculous bill... Switched to Geico and cut my bill.in half. Teach your employees how to talk to people.... Do better Progressive.

For 4 years I had this insurance, until a client of theirs had an accident with me and they ended up taking away my insurance when I was always a responsible driver only because of the lawsuit I filed for the accident caused by the other person who was also a client of theirs. Now they have reported me to the other insurance companies and they all charge me a very high price because Progressive called me a bad driver, they are crap.

I came in for my appointment and stood at the window for nearly 15 minutes, and the lady at the front decides to argue with me and blame me for “not saying anything or coming to the window” when she ignored me. Do better. I’ve already had enough with my adjuster acting as if I’m an inconvenience and an idiot to her over my accident, and her telling my lawyer to kick rocks.

I went to the office to sign off some papers, the front desk lady was welcoming and she answered all my questions including the stupid ones too. The process almost took like 5 mins and she explained me everything very nicely. Also the claim was a smooth process without any hassle and clear communication , also got the fair value for the totalled car. Thanks for the service.
