Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Let’s see, I had insurance with this company and then my car died. Told them it’s no longer on the road, so they cancelled it. It was a 2009 Honda, I get a car two months later, went to go back and now it’s over 100 more for 2010???? No one told me to keep it open. So I now have to start over again. Thank you very much for your stupidity. Another company that’s sucks. I was happy with them always paid every month.

My car (Honda CRV)'s right mirror was damaged by a Progressive-insured driver on April 29, 2025. On May 3, a Progressive adjuster confirmed with me that their insured driver was responsible for my damaged mirror. No issue there. My complaint is on Progressive’s repair process. On May 9, a Progressive inspector came over to my house and inspected the damage. Later that day, he told me his supervisor was unhappy with the estimate I had got from the local Honda Dealer, and he said he would arrange a repair appointment with Key Collision Center that works with Progressive and would get back to me on it later that day or the following Monday (May 12). I was with this con artist company for 15 years . They raised my rates every renewal period for no reason the last three years.. No tickets no new drivers. Etc! I called another company. Same coverages $46 a month cheaper! Disgusting rip off scam artists! Don’t use progressive!

I've been with progressive for 14 years and had a good policy and rate. But it has become nothing but a headache. 1st my policy was canceled without any notification I then fixed the issue but apparently the issue resulted in them taking all of my discounts and added and extra $200 a month to my bill. And then tried charging another $80 for not wanting to give them another card.

They cancelled 2 prepaid commercial policy’s without any notification. Avoid at all costs!
