My former insurance company continually raised my premiums even though I have an impeccable driving record. I changed to PROGRESSIVE over a year ago. Their rates were quite comparable to my budget. Recently, I was broad-sided by a commercial truck. My complete driver-side was damaged, including tires, wheels, and suspension. I called PROGRESSIVE immediately and they took over. The office ordered the tow truck and arranged for my car to be taken to the auto body shop they have found to be very trustworthy. I called this brokerage and had the pleasure of spreading with Ana Edwards. I was in the market for a multi car policy. I recently purchased a new vehicle and my current provider's rates were excessive. I do have one ticket and one minor accident however the ticket is about to fall off in less than 6 months and the quote just seemed aggregious. Ana was amazing she was patient, took her time, asked and answered questions then ultimately was able to give me a quote with more coverages at a cheaper rate than any of the other quotes I'd received. Well.. I called letting her know a month in advance i was going to be switching insurances companies and today i have 2 charges i my bank account hers and geico 140 less than hers. And now she tells me verbally wasnt enough for me to cancel needs to be on writing. Did she bother to mention that last month? No she didnt... Crazy expensive and holds information that any honest rep would have share earnestly about cancellation in writing when i called the first time... Geico has sent me confirmation on sending request of cancellation with my signature to haa, all day i have been trying to cancel by email. I have sent them proof of cover by email and they still declining to cancel policy... Save yourself time and money and hassle dont go to them.... Ohhh my bank saw the 2 charges from car insu

The girl seemed to be very inexperienced and she was working from home because I heard a dog bark. I stopped mid interview and told her I’ll call back. She processed my quote anyway after we hung up and 10 minutes later my email dings and says she sent me a quote on the wrong car, wrong address etc.... never again.
