George and his staff were a life saver for me. They are professional, prompt and will work hard to get the best and most appropriate coverage. I asked George to look at some of my other policies and after a review he suggested I stay where I'm at rather than trying to upsell me. Cannot give them a high enough rating.

Married couple run business. Very snarky rude condescending and unprofessional. I've been with them for a while. I received a letter and called them to ask a question. George the owner wants to get on the phone and start yelling at me for asking a question. I go to cancel the insurance and now he won't allow his employee Dynnell who was always very nice and helpful respond to me. The wife Rebecca is extremely rude as well. Oh but they can play it up and act like they're not when they want to. A slap in the face for being a dedicated customer

The woman who answered the phone was very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. In the middle of the conversation she said she got another phone call and needs to hang up! She never gave my message to the agent who I wanted to speak to. So glad he did not call back because I found another agency whose agents and employees are wonderful and deserve the business I gave them. I wanted auto insurance for my daughter, and I told her that I would also like to change the company I am already with due to their bad customer service. I had a total of four cars. She gave me the impression that she did not believe me. So sorry I even considered Prodigy!

Best insurance agents ever. I've been with them for years. They've given me health insurance, auto, work comp, liability and more. Every once in a while I check around and their rates are still the best. They're so easy to get ahold of and very responsive when I have a question or need help. I've recommended them to all my friends.
