100% do NOT recommend. We purchased a mobile home from my parents and used them for the transfer of ownership. They never sent off for our new title and when I called to ask them about a title they were rude with me on the phone saying they sent it to us. Now that we need the title the DMV said it was never transferred into our names, therefore they never completed what we paid them to do. I’d take your business elsewhere.if I could give them zero stars I would.

When my wife and I were trying to purchase our property here in Clinton in 2013, we were living in Arizona at the time. We were having an "interesting" time trying to finance it long distance. We missed a couple of closing dates, but the great folks at Cannaday Title stuck with us. When we finally found an alternative form of financing, they even put us in touch with a local attorney who for a very reasonable price wrote the mortgage for us. I just wish we could give them more than 5 stars.

They were awful. They took weeks to get our house ready for closing, and kept coming up with reasons for why it couldn't close that week. I will say that the staff were very polite, even if the company as a whole is rubbish.
