Great with rates! Terrible either customer service or changing anything on your policy. Once you get a new lower rate with them. They no longer will assist in a proficient maner. I purchased a new car. I needed to drop the old one and add the new one. They couldn't handle it. Pro insurance ended up added the new vehicle and not dropping the old one. So I had a vehicle on my policy that I no longer owned. Pro insurance agency couldn't correct this issue. I had to contact the insurance carrier directly. I spent hours on the phone and countless emails to correct. I would not recommend this agency .

I went to Smith Haven Nissan to purchase a new vehicle, was introduced to Cole, he was a blessing sent from above. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Joe and Cole helped me out and they were incredible. Cole made himself available for me on a day he’s normally super booked and was able to set up my insurance super fast, on the spot when I was at the dealership and with a great deal, too being that I’m only 22. Amazing service :)

Outstanding service and follow up by Cole Biondo. I was having some issues with my homeowners insurance and Cole worked up a remedy and was able to obtain approval in an hour. He followed up in 2 weeks and made certain everything fell into place. I highly recommend him.
