Victor and his team kept me in the loop of all issues and progress pertaining to the home owners insurance company claim and total loss house. I received a substantial return compared to the original total. The insurance company missed many items including an entire floor. I didn’t have to contact or reach out to anyone, everything was taken care of. Priority One Adjusters expertise went above and beyond my expectations. It was seamless and such a comfort. I would highly recommend Priority One.

I don't know how I would have navigated all that needs doing after a house fire without the amazing support of Victor, Fran and Robin. I am sure that I received a better settlement from Liberty Mutual than I would have done without them representing me, even accounting for their fee.
