I would rate them higher for their friendliness. Well, at least they were being really friendly until I decided to go with a different company to fix my car. I was only going by word of mouth with the first company, which they stated that this place does great work. So, the person at Priority was all for that because they have done business with them before. I don't knock this person, but I'm getting a better deal with this new place and the turn around is better. Plus he's gotten rave reviews from the people that he has done work for....this place has even done work for the company I work for and came highly recommended..and this new place, the man is retired from Nissan (which is the kind of car that I have). I’m really not sure how to rate this company because I have had decent experience when I’ve called the main office the young ladies that answering the phone there customer service has been great and has tried to help by reaching out to my claims person by email. But the lady thats handing my claim by the name of Miss Hernandez has not been reachable doesn’t follow up from voicemails I was in an accident on the Fourth of July my claim still hasn’t been closed I originally wanted to buy the salvage but was advised by my attorney not to she said she was going to email me and my attorney neither one has received anything still and it the 27th I don’t have a car the claim hadn’t been paid out and I have left a number of messages and almost 30 days later I’m still waiting on a callback not happy

Between Priority and The tow yard someone stole everything out of my glove compartment. And now Priority won't answer the phone.
