Actually, this should be 10 stars! Prime Insurance is an outstanding agency that has been taking care of our insurance needs for decades! We started with Jim at the beginning and have nothing but excellent service. The team at Prime Insurance has seen us through moving with renter and homeowner insurance, auto, and even business insurance. They have navigated the insurance needs for Illinois and beyond always providing either their own expertise or connecting us with out of state agencies. Nothing but excellence for Prime Insurance.

I have been a part of Prime Insurance for over 20 years. They have had my back over and over and over again. When it comes to picking out insurance, asking questions about claims and just being someone to call if I forgot my insurance card... they have been there like a friend and less like a confusing insurance policy. I don't know what I would do without Jim, Esther, Nikki and the rest of the Prime insurance team. They are truly the best insurance team I have ever worked with.
