This is the worst insurance company. Mark Flores who I spoke with was so rude, hostile and arrogant to my wife and I. I tried to gather information on policy plans and he called us weird for asking detailed questions about it and told us we were wasting his time. I recommend everyone to stay away from this conpany.

This is the worst company I could have ever called!!! I spoke with Mark and he was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. I have never been talked to so disrespectful for simply asking a question about the policy in regards to my pregnancy and once I said I would called back he called me weird and I was wasting his time.
