I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Prestige Trucking Insurance. Communication is terrible — every time I needed to add a driver or piece of equipment, I had to follow up every few days through both emails and phone calls just to get a response. When I did get an answer, it was usually something unsure like “it may be this” or “that’s just how they do things,” which didn’t help much. When my policy came up for renewal, I never heard from them. I ended up contacting my insurance company directly and found out Prestige had already set me up for “auto-renewal” three months before my renewal date — something I was never told about and definitely wouldn’t have agreed to.
