I literally just called and the lady hung up in my face before I could give the proper introduction and my reason for calling. You know, the usual. I called back and she was blowing like she was annoyed. When I told her what my reason for calling was, she was eager to put me on hold. Saying the agent was busy with someone else. When I asked her why she hung up when I just called, she put me on hold. Yeah this is not a company I would want to be insured by in the state of Louisiana if this is how your secretary/ front desk worker displays the business. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Awe man where to start I’ve been with them for years but I’ve had enough always the same thing they never answer the phone or when they do no one is available to help today I called to cancel a policy and the canceled the wrong one huge cluster FK Find another agency to work with 0 stars on customer service
