Update: I’ve been working all day and when I looked at my phone I had 9 missed calls from them with no voicemails. They had plenty of chances to talk to me but instead they chose to just hang up instead, so I have nothing else to say to them. —————————————— I called trying to get insurance quotes for an employee and noticed concerns from the very beginning. To start, the recording said the companies name was "Best Insurance", not "Premier Health Insurance of Louisiana". They a gentleman answered and was confused that we wanted coverage for an employee in Louisiana because we service multiple states, ad our normal provider can't right policies in Louisiana. Regardless, I gave him the employees info so he could get a quote. However, within 30 minutes a lady "returned my call" from the compan
