My family member was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and can no longer drive, and we realized the insurance on their vehicles had lapsed. We were trying to get something put back in place as soon as possible, and Tiffany did an outstanding job of walking us through the process needed in a kind, compassionate, and efficient manner. Regretfully, due to cost constraints, we had to go through a different company, but Tiffany made the whole difficult experience one that was worthwhile and was an extremely knowledgeable and efficient agent. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to give a shout-out to the agent who helped me out. Marissa was awesome to work with! She was super friendly and personable, while still making sure my husband and I understood all the details of taking out life insurance policies and exploring possible home/auto coverage. We’re considering a move to San Jose, and she even walked us through what our options would look like if we decide to go. We really appreciated how easy she made everything to follow. I seriously can’t recommend her enough!
