I had Insurance with Porter. I called in to make some changes and I would need a quote. If you want to be treated rudely, after leaving three messages and not getting a return call. Make sure to ask for Tori. Never did get a price.You will be treated to terrible customer service. After a day and a half I called a different insurance company. Got a quote within 10 minutes that was acceptable and canceled the insurance with Porter. Make sure you ask for Tori! Terrible customer service

My parents and I have used insurance from them for over 30 to 40 years. Charlie is the best. He workds with you to find the best rates. It is a family owned busness.

Helpful, kind, and personable. Every person I've worked with has been wonderful and they weren't the slightest bit rude or pushy when I had to cancel policies. I would absolutely recommend to my friends and family.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Sarah Porter. The insurance coverage on my house in LS MO was not renewed by the insurance company (apparently due to the company getting out of Missouri coverage). I received a notice in the mail from the insurance company that my coverage was not going to be renewed. My wife called Sarah to follow-up on the coverage being cancelled. Sarah said that she was aware of the situation and apologized for not contacting us to let us know that our coverage was being cancelled. Sarah indicated that she would take care of the situation AND we would likely get a lower rate. My coverage was cancelled on 3/3/21 and I received no follow-up from Sarah.
