Polo Insurance Services

They are helpful when you are first signing on to get a policy but once you want to cancel they are the opposite. They tell you the policy is cancelled and then you get charged for months until you get in their face about it. Now Im getting charged a collection amount on the policy that should've gotten cancelled in the first place. Don't go to them!!!

Polo and his assistant are the best people I've come across and lucky to have gotten them recommended through my big brother at the early start of my driving career!

Called to ask a question about policy and was told computers weren't working and that they would call me back with the information I was asking. I was never called back. Quick to charge but when we need assistance they are not quick to help.

Just went to Polo insurance today for a free home insurance and was pleased by his truthfulness . people need to be more in detail when writing a negative comment . or just cus he did not sponser does not make him bad business.
