Would not recommend this company. They make false claims as to why they are canceling your homeowners policy to suit their reasoning. Their true reasoning .. I made one small claim from a major hurricane , now they want to cancel me. Didn’t even stand by what my policy said was covered and didn’t give me a fair amount for my claim and caused me to put my own money into repairing my home and now once everything is fixed they are canceling my policy.

They used to be a good firm, but over the last few years I was switched to a new agent who proved to be completely incompetent. By the end of my time with them, she essentially refused to reply to my emails or answer the phone. I was a very good customer for years and very low maintenance. I moved on to someone far more professional and responsive.

Since day one, I have experienced nothing but wonderful, professionalism with Camille. Camille has always been patient with me, pertaining to any questions that I may have. She goes over and beyond in providing the best advice. She's definitely an agent you would want. She's definitely an asset to the company because she makes it work for everyone and that's important.
