Stuart Nelson never did anything for me, I bough commercial insurance for my Company vehicle and a car hauler and he was never available for really anything for me or my business well being, last time I talked to him he was busy but he assured me he would call me back and he never called me back, now progressive Ins is canceling my commercial policy. An insurance broker is supposed to help the custummer and make sure he is covered the way he wants to be and also talk on a annual basis to see if anything needs to be modified and in the longrun the broker will make more money and the custummer will be happy.
