I have had Point Ins for 15 years. This year I received a letter of non renewal for our cabin. I never received a call from our agent Joe about what our options might be. When I called him he said he couldn’t help in any capacity, he was sorry that their company was notified in March but no one reached out to me. This level of customer service for a 15 yr customer is not acceptable. Moving all my policies to a nee company.
