Every time I think I might change and get a slightly lower rate, I call this office, and they explain the value that I have. The biggest value is that I get to talk to a real person, real people — and local folks in my community. I’m supporting local business. Can I save maybe a few dollars? Probably. Is it worth it? Absolutely not. I’ve been with this office for 6 years, and I’m not going anywhere else.
