I was approved for the Teachers Plan and paid $798 after receiving a promotional mail that said I was eligible as a substitute teacher. I sent all the required documents — my school ID and paycheck — and my policy was approved. Later, they canceled my insurance without a clear reason and said I would only get a partial refund. Because of this, I canceled my previous policy and now have to buy a much more expensive one. This company misled and caused me financial loss. They do not respond to emails and take no responsibility for their mistakes. Be very careful before trusting their offers.

They offer great rates because when you actually have to use them when your in a car accident - they drive you insane, and you wait and wait for payment - they get you in touch with a "adjuster" who ignores all your calls and emails - RUN - so glad i switched away from them after my car was hit when it was PARKED -- pay the extra money a month so when do you need to use the insurance, you dont end up like ME.

They will cancel your auto insurance without calling you if you don’t download their tracker app within 21 days. I did not get a single call, email, or text that specifically said if you don’t download this, we will cancel your account. I’m sure it’s in the fine print of their terms and conditions but they don’t even give you the opportunity to restart your insurance with them for another year.

Stay far away from this company and read all terrible reviews before you decide to use them. I've been a loyal customer of Plymouth Rock for years now and paid my bills on time every month without question and they canceled my insurance without giving me any notice because they claim they sent me an email requesting information. I did not receive said email and that was it! No other attempt, no calls no documents in the mail nothing! I called and they straight up told me they can't help me. Now I have to turn in my license plates to DMV. Disgusting horrible company no wonder their reviews are so atrocious only a matter of time before they go bankrupt.

OMg! please please guys do not have this insurance! they are sooooooo unprofessional! so unreal! imm still shocked! they totally my car , i was victim ! ans they didn't paid my loans! they just guve me 8 k and anything else i have to pay. yessss ! that what they said! and i had a full cover and also i was paying 300$ every month yeaaaap! unreal!
