They increase the prices without any claim or ticket. suddenly increased $500 when I go to renew my policy.

I set up auto renewal for payments, apparently it did not work as intended, and they only contacted me AFTER they canceled my policy. As soon as I got the cancelation notice in the mail I contacted them, even talked to supervisors, and even though I have driven 10 years with no accidents or issues, money in hand, they claimed there was nothing they could do and I could not renew with them for a full year. Insurance is already a scam, why make it as inconvenient as possible as well?

Please remember this is an agent that offers different insurance companies. One of them is Plymouth Rock. If you didn’t buy your insurance from this agency and from Plymouth rock directly or another Plymouth Rock agent they will not be able to help you with specific questions on your policy. This is because privacy of people’s information. I see negative reviews on here because someone was transferred to the 1-800 number. And this is true because that is who you purchased your policy from. So they’re your servicing agent. No one is expected to work for free. And for starters you should always support small businesses.

I truly regret giving this insurance company the opportunity to work with. After paying the full six-month premium, I can no longer access my policy and I'm going to be canceled after 30 days. Nobody called to tell me that; I had to call customer service myself. They talked to me like I was incompetent. Completely unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to this company.

This is a small Prudential office that offers other companies. They are able to help with alot of service needs, but only if you are a client of THIS OFFICE. They do not have access to you personal information if you aren't assigned to THIS OFFICE. They are happy to help if they can, but may have to direct you to customer service for help.
