This all started with the Chappell branch, no one ever got back to me. After waiting a few weeks I went to the Sidney office spoke with Rachael, I was simply seeing about my car insurance cost. I received a new quote of 10k+. Who in thier right mind would ever say yes to that. Yesterday I called the Bridgeport office after finding ding out my contact works out of there. We'll low and behold another " I'm sorry all this has happened. This will be my priority this afternoon and call you back by tomorrow morning ". Here it is 2:45 pm still no call. Its very frustrating when people don't stick to their word.
